Students
Groups the list of all your students and, for each one, a complete file: identity, contact people, a history of courses attended, personal scores, memos and notes.
The student list
A table with first name, last name and email, a search box at the top, and an Add a student button. Clicking a row opens their file.
The student file
At the top of the file: a badge with the student's initials, their full name, and — right underneath — their date of birth, phone, mobile and email when set (each one clickable: a direct call or email). On the right, two buttons:
- Edit — opens the student's identity for editing (name, contact details, date of birth). This is the only place these fields can be changed; there is no form on the page itself.
- Address — opens a dedicated window for the postal address (label, street and number, additional line, postcode, city, country). Clearing every field and saving removes the address.
Above the file, a Back to list button and, once several students exist, previous/next arrows with a counter ("3 / 14") to move from one student to another without going back through the list.
The body of the file splits into two columns:
- On the left, tabs: Contacts, Path, Scores, Memos.
- On the right, two blocks always visible whichever tab is active: Notes (free-text about the student, with its own Save button) and Repertoire worked on (every piece ever worked on with this student, across every course and school year, with its progress — see the possible states in the Journal).
Contacts tab
The list of the student's parents or other contact people, each with a type (Mother, Father, Grandmother, Grandfather, Brother, Sister, Other) and their contact details. The Add a contact button opens a two-mode window:
A contact linked to several students shows it on their row ("linked to 2 students"). Editing their details from one file therefore updates every file involved — it is the same person everywhere.
Each contact can also have their own address, via the house icon on their row — independent from the student's, for a parent who does not live at the same address.
Path tab
A timeline, most recent first, of the school years the student has attended. Each entry automatically groups every weekly schedule of the same year and course, and shows:
- The school year's label and the course name (for example "2026-2027 — Piano").
- The start and end dates of that year.
- The level ("Degree") if it was set on the schedule.
- The weekdays the student attended, as small chips.
Scores & Memos tabs
The Scores tab lists the student's personal scores — those they own physically, for instance, as distinct from the teacher's shared library described in the Scores screen. Each entry only has a name and a free-text description.
The Memos tab shows the same standing notes visible from the Journal — both screens display and edit the same list.
