Home

The first screen after signing in. It gives access to the three main modules and shows your upcoming reminders on the side.

The modules

Three large clickable tiles lead to the app's three main activities, plus a fourth to Configuration:

The reminders panel

On the right side of the home screen, a panel lists your upcoming reminders: simple dated notes, optionally linked to a student ("Remind Julien to bring his score", "Follow up with Manon's parents about payment"…).

Reminder row

Shows the weekday and date, the time if one was set, the reminder's content, and the linked student's name when applicable. Clicking a row opens it for editing.

history Expired reminders

By default, only upcoming reminders are listed. The button at the top of the panel switches to reminders whose due date has passed — useful to find something you forgot to handle. A red badge appears on this button when expired reminders exist and are not already shown.

delete Deletion

Every row has a quick delete button, without going through the edit window.

lightbulb

A reminder can be created from this panel just as well as from the bell icon in the header, available on any screen — handy for jotting something down without leaving the Journal or a student file.
